Lovely things from Tumblr: Week #1

So, I was thinking (because, you know, sometimes I think)...Tumblr is a different world. Things come and go really fast, people usually don't discuss the items shared, just reblog them or 'like' them. There's a lot of young people there that loves Classic Movies and share amazing stuff everyday, every hour, every minute, so is difficult to track them or fully appreciate them.

That's why, every Friday I'll make a selection of prettay things I saw on my dashboard in the previous days (ever since I wrote The Fountainhead in my own words I just can't write "pretty", LOL) and share it with you here.

Hope you like the menu! (for a better experience, open the links in a new window):

Animated Gifs:

Ginger expressing her artistic gift on Cary Grant (nikkithemouse)

Photos/Pictures:

Paul Newman & Eva Marie Saint having a laugh (apaullo)

Quotes:

  • Robert Stack explains why his favorite photoshoot was one with Carole Lombard (carolefreakinglombard);
  • Deborah Kerr explains why she's not ladylike (witzseeker).

Fun stuff (not about classic film, but fun anyway)

The kid from Toy Story...flesh and bones (via mermaidsandtreasurechests)

Finally, the egocentric pick of the week...

Joan Fontaine checking out Ty's legs (via-51)

What do you think?
